About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused process that works with the subconscious mind—the part of you where habits, patterns, and emotional responses are stored. In a relaxed, guided state, you’re able to access this deeper layer of awareness and create meaningful, lasting change.
Contrary to common myths, hypnosis isn’t about losing control. It’s a collaborative experience where you remain aware and in charge the entire time. Many people describe it as a state similar to meditation or deep focus.
People come in for all kinds of reasons—anxiety, habits, confidence, performance, or just feeling stuck—but the deeper goal is usually the same: to feel more at peace in yourself, and more aligned with the life you’re living. Rather than forcing change, hypnosis works by helping your mind and body move in the direction you already want to go.
About Me
I am a certified hypnotherapist with a background in psychology, meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices. Hypnotherapy found me at a time when I was searching for deeper alignment and purpose in my life.
Even with all of these tools at my disposal, I kept running into the same patterns in my relationship to myself and others. Working with the subconscious was what finally allowed those patterns to shift in a real, lasting way.
That experience is what led me here. I care deeply about this work, and about helping people understand themselves more clearly, move through what feels stuck, and create change that actually holds.
